Services are provided by an occupational therapist (OT) or certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA) who operates under the supervision of an occupational therapist. Our occupational therapy staff assists patients in achieving a maximum level of independent living after recovery of injuries, illnesses and conditions.
Occupational therapists help to improve motor skills and balance as they help patients cope with their illness and get back to normal daily activities. Occupational therapists assist with the following:
